ORDERING OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
If you do not automatically received your order instructions/password(s) by email after ordering please email us at customerservice@psychometrics.co.uk or call us on (UK) 0191 4561754.
Ordering our products can be done quickly, easily and securely. Very often, customers wish to order more than one of the resources we have available, in which case you can combine some of our more popular products and receive a discount. This is reflected in our pricing structure. All credit card transactions are security encrypted and carried out over a secure link by the Bank of Scotland. At no time are your card details ever passed to us.
Please make a note of these details and/or bookmark this page just in case you do need to contact us. Remember to include a contact telephone number and if possible an alternative email address if you contact us.
PAY ON LINE USING A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
To make payment by Credit or Debit Card click on 'Add To Basket' for the item you wish to purchase and follow the on screen instructions. You will automatically be transferred to the Roman Pay secure payment page. Once you have completed the information asked for you will be given a unique transaction reference code which you should retain for reference.
You will automatically receive an email confirming your transaction code, what you ordered and the amount of your order.
Your instructions on how to access/enable the product you have ordered will be sent out automatically by email. If you do not receive these please check that your spam filter has not screened out our email to you, and then contact customerservice@psychometrics.co.uk and we will send out your instructions again.

If you have ordered SOLUTIONS, SOLUTIONS ADVANCED, The Personal CV and Resume Writer or The Job Application Tracker, you will receive a password and download instructions automatically via email to fully enable the software.

If you have ordered a Careers Interest or Career Development Report your questionnaire access instructions will be emailed to you automatically when you have completed your order. Once you have completed the relevant on line questionnaire(s) your personalised report will be sent by email within two working days.
- The Personal CV and Resume Writer requires you to send us a unique ID code generated by the software after installation instructions on how to do this will be emailed to you automatically when you have completed your order
If applicable, instructions on how to download and access your free copy of our JOB APPLICATION TRACKER SOFTWARE will be sent with email confirmation of your order.
