Liam Healy & Associates are full members of the British Psychological Society's Division of Occupational Psychology which guarantees that our work is of the highest ethical and professional standards. We are also HPC Registered and founder members of the Association of Business Psychologists.

To demonstrate our commitment to providing a professional, quality service delivered in a prompt and responsive manner, we will:

  • treat you with courtesy and respect;

  • assign a named Occupational Psychologist to look after your order;

  • treat you in an ethical manner;

  • treat confidential information appropriately;

  • resolve any concerns, problems, enquiries or complaints quickly.

Complaints Procedure
If we receive a complaint, we resolve to deal with it as quickly as possible. We will aim to :

  • Acknowledge the complaint within 2 working days.

  • Resolve the complaint within 7 working days

  • Keep customers informed of progress at all stages.

Privacy Policy

We fully realise that as the Internet develops, people may be concerned about certain aspects of security and confidentiality. Our method of dealing with clients has been developed over years of working with some of the UK's best known companies.


We fully appreciate the sensitive nature of some of the work we do, and so for your peace of mind when ordering from us we specifically guarantee you that -

  • All communications are treated in the strictest confidence.

  • All reports produced are strictly confidential and are not released to any third party.
    We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with
    the Data Protection Act 1998).

  • We do not 'sell' client details to any third party e.g. mailing lists, nor do we use any principle of
    'implied consent'. We will only use the information you provide for the purposes of dealing with your
    order. We never release client details to anyone else.

  • We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal
    information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

 

‘Liam Healy and Associates’ are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, No. PZ5281155. Under the Data Protection Act, you are entitled to access the data we hold on you for a nominal fee (£30).
 
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you when you visit our site again, unless you modify your browser settings.

 

Security Policy

The content of our site is hosted on a secure server. All emails we send are checked with up to date anti-virus software.

All credit card transactions are security encrypted and carried out over a secure link by RomanPay. At no time are your credit card details passed to us. We hold a Bank of Scotland Merchant Account for our on line payment system.
